Are the products made to order?
Yes. Each piece is made or printed to order with your chosen design. Check the product page for available sizes, fabrics, and details.
What are the collars made from?
Our clip-on collars have a printed poly front, black nylon backing, and a clip buckle. Our engraved collars have a faux leather exterior, lightly padded black backing, and metal hardware. Each product page identifies the collar type.
How do I choose a collar size?
Use the guide on the product page. Clip-on collars list adjustable length ranges; faux leather collars list full collar dimensions. These measurements are different, so check the guide for the style you are ordering. Email us with your dog’s neck measurement if you need help.
Which bandana fabrics can I choose?
Choose Pima Lawn 100% Cotton or Real 100% Silk 85gsm. The silk option is silk satin. Each fabric is available in all four square sizes, and the price updates with your selection.
How do I choose a bandana size?
Start with your dog’s neck measurement and allow room to tie the bandana comfortably. The dimensions describe the full square fabric. Our Size & Care guide explains what to measure.
How do I choose a bed size?
Measure the space your dog takes up while resting and compare it with the dimensions on the product page. Leave enough room for your pup’s usual sleeping position.

How does delivery work?
Production time is separate from the time your package spends in transit. Delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout, and items in one order may arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy for details.
