Order Preparation

Many of our products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from the time your package spends in transit and varies by product.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Available shipping destinations, delivery options, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the items ordered, production location, shipping method, and destination. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may be produced and shipped separately. If your order arrives in multiple packages, the remaining items may still be on their way.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email your tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear while the carrier processes your package.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, email preppypupsupport@gmail.com immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact preppypupsupport@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. Include photographs of any damage if available.

If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required timeframe, we will notify you and provide any required options to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.
