At The Preppy Pup, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, customer-selected sizing errors, or color and style preferences when the item received matches the order and product description.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact preppypupsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

Refunds
